For WAS hosting, you need to specify service address, factory and service type in Web.config of your web application. You can use either existing DirectoryCatalogSharedContainerFactory class, or extend ServiceCompositionHostFactoryBase and provide your own composition container.

<serviceHostingEnvironment multipleSiteBindingsEnabled="true">
  <serviceActivations>
	<add relativeAddress="./SampleService.svc"
		 factory="ServiceModel.Composition.DirectoryCatalogSharedContainerFactory, ServiceModel.Composition, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3c63a49a926eba28"
		 service="Service.SampleService" />
  </serviceActivations>
</serviceHostingEnvironment>
